New York City is the center of the world for Musical Theatre.

Musical Theatre Factory is a volunteer based organization dedicated to the development of new musical theatre. They help artists of all kinds create new work in a collaborative environment, free from the pressures of commercial success. Initially they would produce concerts, workshops and productions in pubs, clubs and bars. Now they have a black box theatre two blocks from Times Square, built from the ground up by composers, writers, directors, and performers who are passionate about new musicals.
