The BXL Business Incubator (BXL) is a state-of-the-art incubator and co-working space in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the South Bronx. Currently home to over 60 startups and small businesses, the BXL co-working community spans a wide range of sectors, from technology and healthcare to professional services and products. The space is operated by BOC Development Inc., in partnership with NYCEDC, and provides modern shared office facilities and end-to-end support to help launch and grow successful new businesses.
BXL members have access to 24/7 work space, digital connectivity, office technology, conference rooms, in-house business, legal and tech support – and a diverse community of entrepreneurs – all on a flexible, month-to-month basis.
BXL also works with community partners throughout the Bronx to create opportunities for young local talent to gain professional experience. It also works to secure much-needed business assistance for member entrepreneurs.
