By using this website and the marketing materials included, all parties agree to the marketing guidelines and terms and conditions described herein. This includes, expressly requiring any resellers, affiliates and/or agents that you contract with for the marketing and promotion of .nyc domain names to similarly comply with these terms and conditions. If you are unwilling or unable to comply with the following terms and conditions, you are hereby prohibited from using the marketing materials provided. In marketing the .nyc TLD, Marketing Partners, Affiliates, Registrars and Resellers shall not employ any marketing, branding or messaging (regardless of form) that, in Administrator’s sole discretion, is in conflict with Administrator’s objective of establishing a global, recognizable, and credible domain name extension.

The correct use of .nyc Logos and Trademarks and other materials is mandatory. They represent the intellectual resources, high standards and corporate values .nyc has put into all of its products since 2010. We ask any external party who wishes to use .nyc trademarked logos and other materials in connection with news stories, print, online advertising, production/design materials, marketing promotions and campaigns and other uses to please observe the legal restrictions outlined in the .nyc Brand Guide. Any use outside of these restrictions and guide are strictly prohibited.
