What inspired you to create this website or entity?
The site was created by the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership Business Improvement District (BID) to showcase and promote the myriad restaurants, shops, schools, and cultural attractions in the neighborhood, as well as to highlight our work in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the district's businesses, residents, and visitors; our work in spearheading area improvement projects; and our work in marketing the diverse business and retail options. FlatironDistrict.NYC is the one-stop shop for everything in the Flatiron District- created by the community, for the community.
How does your website or entity represent or contribute to the local community or borough which you represent?
